  • Alice Hill-Woods
    Principle Editor / Co-Editor In Chief
    Alice Hill-Woods is based between Glasgow and Bristol. Alice is the author of HOTHOUSE (Salò Press, 2021), and co-edited This is not a biography* with Laura Haynes and Kate Timney (Yellow Paper Press, 2023).
    She recently completed an MLitt Art Writing, The Glasgow School of Art, and is currently undertaking a PhD, University of Bristol. She joined JAWS in Autumn 2023.
  • Lizzie Lloyd
    Principle Editor / Co-Editor In Chief
    Lizzie Lloyd is a Bristol based writer and academic who teaches Fine Art and Art & Writing at University of the West of England, Bristol. She holds a PhD from University of Bristol and founded the research initiative WITTA Writing In / To / Through Art WITTA.org at UWE Bristol in 2022. She joined the JAWS editorial team in Autumn 2023.
  • Ralph Overill
    Senior Editor
    Ralph has completed a Professional Doctorate in Fine Art programme at the University of East London, and started collaborating with JAWS in 2017. He is a Senior Editor and has stepped up as Deputy Manager in 2020.
  • Eirini Vlavianou
    Editor
    Eirini is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher. She is a member of the Room to Bloom community of artists and Avtonomi Akadimia initiative while also working as an editor and translator in various publications. She joined JAWS as an associate editor in 2022 while completing her MFA at Central Saint Martins, UAL.

  • Clementine Butler-Gallie
    Editor
    Clementine works in the field of curation, writing and artistic research. She is currently a Masters student of the Institute for Art in Context at the University of Arts Berlin. She joined JAWS in early 2023 as an editor.
  • Inês Ferreira-Norman
    External Relations Liaison
    Inês oversees JAWS external relations building partnerships between academic institutions and the journal. She also works as a peer reviewer. She holds a MFA in Fine Art from CCW, University of the Arts London and has been collaborating with JAWS since 2016, stepping up as Principal Editor in 2019.
  • Rebecca Sibley
    Social Media Thinker
    Since graduating with an MA in Arts and Lifestyle Journalism from UAL, Rebecca has been working as a commissioning editor for London's 23 Magazine and as a writer and social media content creator for various organisations. She joined JAWS at the start of 2022.
  • Michael Eden
    Editor
    Dr Michael Eden is an artist and researcher working at the University of Arts London. Eden's practice and research explores relationships between monstrosity, subjectivity, and landscape representation, he obtained his PhD from Middlesex University where his project ranged across various disciplines: contemporary art criticism and its relationship to histories of modernism, medieval literature, theories of landscape and space, notions of national myth making, and monster studies: bringing these together through the lens of art practice.
